1. Wholesale Returns Overview
Most wholesale orders are eligible for return only under limited conditions.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must include original packaging, tags, and labels
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must not fall under non-returnable categories
2. How to Request a Return
All returns require prior authorization.
Step 1: Pack Your Items
- Use original packaging when possible
- Include all tags, labels, and accessories
- Include your RMA number inside the package
Step 2: Ship the Return
- Return instructions will be provided after approval
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer
- We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within up to 10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Items not returned in original condition may receive partial or no refund
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for wholesale orders.
If you need a different item:
- Return eligible items (if approved)
- Place a new order separately
5. Non-Returnable Items
Not eligible for return:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Custom or embroidered products
- Altered or modified garments
- Used, washed, or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival)
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Claims must be submitted within 7–10 days of delivery.
We may offer:
- Replacement
- Refund
- Store credit
7. International Returns
For international wholesale orders:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
- Duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable
- Contact us before returning international orders
8. Order Accuracy & Limitations
We reserve the right to:
- Reject returns that do not meet policy requirements
- Refuse used or altered items
- Inspect all returns before issuing refunds
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Lost resale profits
- Business interruption
- Indirect or consequential damages
Liability is limited to the purchase value of the product.
