1. Wholesale Returns Overview

Most wholesale orders are eligible for return only under limited conditions.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Items must include original packaging, tags, and labels
  • Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must not fall under non-returnable categories

2. How to Request a Return

All returns require prior authorization.

Step 1: Pack Your Items
  • Use original packaging when possible
  • Include all tags, labels, and accessories
  • Include your RMA number inside the package
Step 2: Ship the Return
  • Return instructions will be provided after approval
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer
  • We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within up to 10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Items not returned in original condition may receive partial or no refund

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for wholesale orders.

If you need a different item:

  • Return eligible items (if approved)
  • Place a new order separately

5. Non-Returnable Items

Not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Custom or embroidered products
  • Altered or modified garments
  • Used, washed, or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival)

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Claims must be submitted within 7–10 days of delivery.

We may offer:

  • Replacement

7. International Returns

For international wholesale orders:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable
  • Contact us before returning international orders

8. Order Accuracy & Limitations

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject returns that do not meet policy requirements
  • Refuse used or altered items
  • Inspect all returns before issuing refunds

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Lost resale profits
  • Business interruption
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Liability is limited to the purchase value of the product.
